How do I start a tournament?

Add your players in the player library, then select New tournament. Choose 4, 8 or 12 players and a fixed match total. Courts are assigned automatically. Every player partners with every other player once.

How are points and ratings different?

Each partner receives their team's match points. The player with the most tournament points leads the standings; wins break a points tie. Doubles Elo estimates playing strength across completed tournaments and helps balance future matches.

Can I correct a score?

Tap a match score to edit it. If the event is finished, choose Reopen to correct scores, make your changes, then finish again. Ratings are recalculated from the completed history.

Where are my games saved?

As a guest, your games are saved on your device. Members of a facility club share its player roster and games with equal permissions. Choose your club, search for your name, review the playing history, then tap This is me — join club. No email or password is needed. On another phone, choose the same player to keep the same history. Device games remain separate.

How do I leave or delete my membership?

In Settings, Disconnect this player removes your current connection to the club; Delete my connection removes the saved session and its club links after you type DELETE. Shared players and game history remain. Separate device connections remain connected. For an older email-based sign-in, deletion affects all devices using that same sign-in. Contact support for corrections or privacy requests.

Your information

Privacy policy

Effective October 17, 2026 · Padel Club version 1.0

This policy explains how Padel Club handles information when you use its tournament app and this support website. For privacy questions, contact quintin@seagullcompany.com.

Information you provide

Players can appear on a club roster before they join the app. Members should have permission to record other players’ information and should only include details needed for their games. Player names and limited playing history (event dates, partners, opponents and scores) are available while joining to help people choose the correct profile. Notes, emails, private source evidence and full club records are not exposed to guests. Selecting a player is self-attested and does not verify real-world identity. The same player may be selected on more than one device.

How information is used

Information is used to provide membership access, save your player library and games, calculate standings and ratings, synchronize your club and respond to support requests. The app does not include advertising or cross-app tracking features.

Storage and service providers

Device-only workspaces remain on your device. When linked to a club, members share its play records in Supabase. Database access controls give linked club members equal read/write access; session credentials and membership links remain protected. Authorized service operators and providers may access information as needed to operate and support the service. Connections to Supabase use HTTPS.

The current cloud database is hosted in the United States. Supabase handles authentication and cloud storage. The current joining flow sends no authentication emails. Older email-based sign-ins may still use Google Gmail for authentication messages, which include the email address and message content. This support website is hosted by GitHub Pages. These providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and operational logs, to deliver and protect their services. Their policies are available at Supabase Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy and GitHub Privacy Statement.

Optional roster assistance

If you choose to import a roster from a message or photo, that selected content is processed by the club’s OpenClaw/ChatGPT assistant to extract player names. The app matches those names to the club player list on your device; the club player list and game history are not sent to the assistant. You review and confirm the names before they are applied to a game. Send only content needed for the roster. Supabase job content and results are cleared promptly after completion or expiry; local OpenClaw and provider logs or retention are separate. This optional processing uses the club operator’s configured assistant connection. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy. Manual player selection remains available.

Shared event summaries

A club member can choose to publish a link showing one completed event’s player names, standings and scores. Anyone with that link can read the snapshot without joining the club. Private notes, account details and the rest of the club’s records are excluded. A club member can stop sharing; links may also be refreshed after a correction.

Your choices and retention

You can edit player details and correct scores in the app, export a club backup, disconnect a player, or delete your saved connection in Settings. Deletion removes that session’s authentication and membership links, plus its local club caches and recovery snapshots on that device. If deleting an older email-based sign-in, its authentication is removed across all devices using it. Shared players, games and history remain for other members. Private migration recovery copies and operation fingerprints may be retained for data recovery and integrity. Copies exported or saved on other devices are separate and must be removed there. Provider backups and operational logs may remain for their normal retention periods.

Device-only records remain until the app's local data is removed, subject to any device backups. Signing out does not erase saved local workspaces. Contact support if you need help accessing, correcting or deleting information.
